At StyleLoft, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy extends for a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Completing your return requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm its safe receipt. Subsequently, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Get in touch with your bank. Financial institutions typically require some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

As original manufacturers, we subject each product to a rigorous quality check to ensure it functions as intended. We also provide you with notifications when your order is dispatched. Consequently, we primarily consider exchanges in cases where an item is damaged during shipping. However, if you require an exchange for any other reason, please send an email to customercare@styleloft.co.ke or call us for inquiries at +254700647353.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to our workshop located along Thika Superhighway at Kimbo – Toll Bus Stage – Exit 13 before Weigh Bridge.

Kindly note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items of higher value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your returned item.
